Asshole Boyd !!

The Situation
4 customers at table 28 ordered a mixed cold/hot dishes. Customer 1 and 2 ordered sushi platter. Customer 3 ordered glazed chicken and customer 4 ordered steam seabass. Sushi is cold dish. Chicken and seabass are from hot kitchen. After 30minutes, hot dishes were ready but sushi not ready. So the waitress went to check with chef and chef realised he missed out the ticket. So, he needed at least 7 minutes to prepare. Waitress had no choice but to serve the hot food, otherwise hot food with turn to lukewarm food. Waitress informed customers that sushi will be ready after 5 minutes. After 12 minutes, sushi still not ready. Busy waitress quickly checked with supervisor and chef. It took 4 more minutes because chefs were too busy chatting with each other. Finally sushi served after 16 minutes. Customers not happy and wouldnt pay service charge.
