Home-made sushi

Since I went to the oriental supermarket today, I bought some ingredients for home-made sushi rolls.

I mixed 2 cups of japanese rice with 3tbsp of vinegar, 1/2tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Grill some unagi and deep fried some prawn tempura.

Remember to wash ur hands before start to make the rolls.

Look good or not? Tastewise not so good because I put too much vinegar and too much rice on the first roll. Too much vinegar makes my rolls so sour. The first roll I made, I put too much rice and it was so huge I couldnt taste the unagi.
