Getting a property

Jason (Btw, Jason is back as a manager), Boyd and I were talking abt buying a hse in London. Jason said he bought a council hse in 1993 for £53k only and now the price is definitely more than £130k ! But of cos i m not planning to buy a property in London. Hubby and I plan to go back to Malaysia in 5 years' time. Why do i wan to buy a property in London when I can buy an apartment in Penang without any loan? In a year time, I will earn enough cash to buy a small apartment unit in Penang. And when I go back to Penang in 5 years' time, i can sell it for almost double price. Great isnt it? Hope so.....
