Changes...

Now the restaurant is not making good money, they came out with a full list of ways to reduce cost.

1. No more staff drinks. Previously, all staffs can 'go in go out' from the bar anytime to get soft drinks (mineral water, fizzy drinks and fruit juice) for themselves. But now no more, not even mineral water ! Die or not like this? So i have to bring my own water everyday.

2. Reduce staffs working hours. Usually, staffs get 7 shifts a week. Now, some staffs only get 4 shifts which is very bad for the staffs because the less hour u do, the less money u get. So, 4 shifts is less than 20 hours a week. It is not good money. But lucky, i so smart get a part time job dee...heheh. When a staff get a part time job, the management is not happy because the staff is not flexible anymore. But it is ridiculous for them to expect me to earn only 20hours money a week. So, i dont bloody care if they happy or not.

3. They are changing their food and drink menu. Well, this is ok unless they change the prices too. The current price is way too expensive. A small glass of wine is £9 - my previous job, a glass of wine is £4.50 only (drink gold meh?), 6 thin slices of wagyu beef with a tiny portion of mushrooms is £40 - IMO, it should be only £20 (again, eat gold meh?). BTW, 95% of the comments/feedbacks from customers is the over-priced food and drinks. So, the company should consider this point.

Well, if this job isn't giving you the money, why don't you move on?

Staffs still get paid but benefits are not as good as b4. Anyway, the basic salary is still good compared to other places. If i get a better offer somewhere else, i will definitely go...:)
